tomorrow the phils are -240 now i live in philly and a huge phils fan BUT there is now way in the worl i would lay this kinda chalk when playing a divisional rival who plays the phils tough now i know volstead is not an ace but hamels has been inconsistant an tends not to pitch well against the NL East so im shocked how this line is 240
