Orioles +185. Or it least it looks that way. Here's why:

Sarfate is a much better pitcher than people think. Joe Saunders is worse at home and has struggled versus the Orioles this season with a 5.40 ERA and a .367 BAA. At +185, those chances are looking really good.

I was looking at that game but if you're looking for a big dog to back you might want to look at +180 Oakland at Toronto or +190 Washington at Colorado or +230 Pitt at Arizona. Reason is the Angels are clearly that much better than Baltimore where as the match ups I mentioned are more evenly match than the odds would suggest.

The other dogs on the board are teams that suck and cannot hit. At least the Orioles can hit and have success against Saunders.
