Peavy 127 pitches last game

just saw that peavy threw 127 pitches in his last game vs the pirates.

do y'all think this might affect him today? He has gotten an extra day rest, so maybe it won't matter, plus he historically goes well over 100 pitches a game without negative effects for the next game. but just thought i'd throw it out there in case someone has some better insight into this.

if it werent against sf, i would agree. but how do you bet this game? you cant lay -250 on an awful team. you cant do run line with the pads offense. so how do you bet the game?

i agree.. still wouldn't touch the chalk on sides, regardless of Peavy's status.... just looking at the under/over

you bet the pads ML. why do you matter what the odds are??? I dont go into a bet saying I want to win "X" .. I approach saying.. tonight I am confident that the pads with win, I will risk "X".... Whether i win "y" or "2y" it doesnt matter. a win is a win, if I like a play, I'll make it.. stop worrying about returns, just worry about winning and what you are willing to risk, on the confidence of the play
