Royals most likely will not have their #1, #2, or #4 hitters in the line up today. DeJesus, Grud, and Guillen. Guillen could play but will not be anywhere near 100%. Gathright is also still out. Whitesox seem like a pretty good price at -135 considering this, the pitching matchup, and their now improved lineup with Griffey.

Grud will not play, Guillen and DeJesus would be very questionable and not anywhere near 100%. Guillen is a liability at this point anyway with his injury. True they are not all-stars, but they are 3 of the best hitters on this team. If all 3 are out, it would not be good for the Royals offensive production. That might be ok, but Davies will give up some runs to a tough whitesox lineup, especially with Griffey now. NO game is a sure thing ever, but any little edge can help.
