Thanks Ralphie......much appreciated on the pojnts!! Ya, I took a step back for about 6 months...and got my head on straight.

I was completely out of control, betting everything on the board. I put aside a little bit of money at a time for months, and have just been playing with that. I've only been betting like 15-20 spots total per week......and even resisted chasing losses, which I couldnt do before.
