yes, i think volstad is pretty good, the fish has a chance here. atl-philly is pitching mismatch...but philly can be ice cold at bat and lose.

the plus side is that weekend early game home field advantage is pretty big.

Playing the Phillies and Cubs is risky.
The Yankees will go through. The bookmakers are trying to deceive people by assigning the underdog role to them
The Angels look too solid for comfort. I'll would also consider White Sox (Danks) and Padres (Banks).

If your gonna do the Cubs do them in the 1st 5 innings only. That's the only good value you'll ever get out of the cubs. That's the only thing they can do right, win in the 1st 5 innings. After that, with their weak bullpen, it's a toss up and a very high risk. The Phillies one looks so easy but something tells me that the Phillies will have troubles hitting. As usual....
