Following suite to sickness's thread, I decided to post and keep track of my picks on this forum.

Also a complete raw rookie to MLB betting but we'll see how it goes. Can't wait for NHL season to start up.

Some weird line movement made me take the Astros last night but the Brewers should rebound nicely saturday.

Another game I like is Mariners @ Blue Jays (no line up on pinny yet).

Ichiro went 0-5 and the Mariners are on a 6 game losing skid but Ichiro bounce backs co-incide with Mariner wins that snap 5+ game losing streaks. Add in the fact that the Jays are starting a rookie for his 3rd MLB start who struggled mightily in his first two starts and the Jays inconsitance with the bats all year long makes me really like this play.

Only con I see is that Mariners are starting Dickey on short rest, but this wasn't much of a factor earlier in the year against Boston, and the fact that he says himself (put as much into it as you want) that he is back to 100% after 24 hours.

Riding the Orioles + Sunday = profit bandwagon here. Facing the Angels never hurts here either.

Was looking to get the Mariners at +160 but the line fell to +142 overnight so I think I'll stay away.
