Did some Research on the Yanks for Tonight

Looked Back to 2000 , to see how Yankees have played in ALDS game 3's when series is 1-1.

2000- against A's , Yankees won Game 3 in ALDS NY ( won at home )

2002 - Lost Game 3 ALDS against Angels in LA ( lost on road )

2003- Yankees win Game 3 in ALDS in Minnesota ( won on road )

2004- Yankees Game 3 winner in Minnesota ( won on road )

2005 - Lost Game 3 in NY against LA ( lost at home )

2006- Lose Game 3 in Detroit ( lost on road )

What I get from this is the Yankees have only had success against the Twins in ALDS in the past 10 years.

The play tonight, I would say is Verlander at home.

As well, after doing research I have noticed something as well, If the yankees lose Game 3 with another team than the Twins , they lose the next one and lose the series 3-1. If you have confidence Verlander wins tonight than it is very likely Yankees go down 3-1 in the series. Everything is looking that way as well with Burnett pitching game 4. So if you think Verlander wins tonight I would place in a bet for the Tigers -1.5 for the series. I currently see the Yankees -1.5 at +240 so I am only imagining that -1.5 for the Tigers is = or much better. If anyone knows the line let me know.

But yeah , If you feel Verlander shuts em down tonight than I think as well the -1.5 will hit.

and then all games between Sabathia and Verlander on those dates..

That's good thinking if you are a bank robber or were going to die tomorrow. You are looking to make good decisions over many instances. You are better off watching games and betting on feeling than using the data you mentioned.

I clearly went by that the Yankees have had no success in Game 3's when 1-1 unless against Minnesota, in the last 10 years.
