First play of the second half of the season both players coming off better starts but with a combined record of 4-13 and 12.84 era its a great play, Sowers does not go deep into games but in his last 3 starts he has pitched 12.2 innings and in those 12.2 given up 19 hits for 16 ER and with his 19 BB to 26 SO count thats not a good ratio, Washburn has been decent but last time he pitched against clev he gave up 6 hits for 6 runs in 4.1IP, I'm on the over!
