the reason why Colón is so dominant, late-season at his age (38).... is CONDITIONING.

that's what soooo many pitchers overlook. and really don't understand.

they think as long as their shoulder and arm are both in good condition,
that's all that matters.

WRONG. it is the whole package. pitcher draw energy from their entire bodies.

this is why yanks will crush opposition this post-season, especially late in games and series.
