Anthony Swarzak (3-7, 4.52) allowed 7 runs his last time out in 1 2/3 innings. Beaven will be on the bump for the M's (5-5, 3.92 ERA)he will be looking for his third straight winning start. The rookie has showed effectiveness with a new curveball and allowed four hits, no walks in eight innings of a 4-0 win over Texas on Friday. How do you not lean the M's here, seems like a no brainer.
