Baseball is a funny sport. My opinion u have so many opportunites to win right up til the last batter. Cause there is no clock. Let's face it if football or basketball made u play til the end u would realistically have more chances but they end up working the clock and wasting Ur chances away. Baseball doesn't and that's why u have to watch til either Ur play is won or the last batter steps in. Batters don't strike out on purpose. The hit to hopefully raise their average.

So for folks to say a play is lost in the 5th inning is a bit much there is no clock ???

Ncaa is far easier to cap than NFL. Why. College plays NFL can milk clock in the 2nd quarter.

I should know. Grew up in Pittsburgh. The Steelers can take 10 minutes off an opening drive and still not b in FG range.
