yes, the over it is but I wonder how the Pirates will hit against Rusch. I know everybody and their momma can hit against Ian Snell but will the Pirates be able to do the same to Rusch. Rush held Milwakke Brewers to 2 runs in Milwakkee. The Pirates already can't hit rigties good and Rusch is a righty. I see the game total going to 10-12 runs total. May stop at 10 but the 2 sorry bullpens and I will go with the overs... Also Rockies -1.5 may be a play as well..
