I used to do this religiously, set the lines for the games before the numbers came out to see how I did. Didn't help, still get my ass kicked but good drill for us squares of the game.

Let's go with dime lines, that's the books that most of us are playing at (or better). No one should be playing into 20 cent lines IMO. You can do sides and/or totals. Or if you like just do a game you are sure about, used to do this on another forum and it was surprising how many posters sucked on the card except for 1 or 2 teams they always got very close to. In between hands I will do mind for the AL, not going to mess with the NL right now. Obviously all posts must be in before the first book hangs their numbers.

**Mods - I put this in the baseball section, just threw it up here as well to see if others who stay mostly in Players Talk would chime in. Feel free to delete if not appropriate.

Tough line to set. Too early to tell what the market price for CC will be.

What are you thinking for the line? I guess I could see -130, but anything more than that would surprise me.

Very possible RJT. I did them quickly AND been getting my bell rung this year, LOL. Not a surprise if I am way off again.

PS - how did I get two threads on this in the baseball section? I've asked Dan to combine them (or any mod) if he sees this.
