    The OVER/UNDER tonight?
Okay, so i know almost nothing about baseball... but it would seem to me when you take the VERY best batters in the game and the VERY best pitchers in the game the batters would STILL come out ahead and the OVER would be a good bet??? For instance, when you take the BEST goalies in hockey and the best shooters, the shooters come out ahead. When you take the best shooters in basketball against the best defence, the games are very high scoring. Why is it different in baseball??? Since I am new to baseball, I am totally open to reasons why this logic sucks ass... in fact id love to hear them.

The over 10 runs currently pays +110

It will be under. That's just the way all star games pan out.

In baseball, good pitching does most time overpower good hitting. An example of that is Tim Lincecum shutting down the Cubs offense last week.

That doesn't really apply to basketball. :P

When the hitters have never seen the pitchers before, the pitchers have an advantage. It may take the hitters a few at bats to figure out a pitcher. And in the all-star game it's likely they may see a pitcher for only one at bat and see a different pitcher every time they hit. Even with that logic... I still like the over.

10 is a high number. I expected the O/U to open at 9. I'm on the under

If you take the hockey shooter and goaltender and put it into a shootout context, the goaltender has an edge. Some of the best players in the NHL are terrible in a one on one scenario. I dont quite comprehend this logic

What does everyone think about a run scored in the first inning prop?

That's what I was thinking. But I don't know. Are Lee and Sheets prone to giving up early bombs?

I don't really think any answer i could give would justify a pick for the first inning of a all star game.

But overall. I'd go for no score.

I see this game going 4-3... and no scores till the last 5 innings.
