When was the last time a pitcher had 7 complete games shut outs?

If Lee can go 2 more innings tonight.... I cant remember that feat done before, from what I can remember.. prob a pitcher back in the 70's? anyone know?

one bad pitch in the 9th keeping from him a complete game shut out, takes not only that from him, but also the win unless the phills can pull one out here in the 9th... def could cost him a cy young with doc and kershaw piling up wins every time out..
