I think the Over gunner.

This Pitcher for Texas has really hit a wall in the 2nd half and you know that Tex will mash. I'm actualy tempted to move a little on Cle +190 as well after playing Texas tonite (my first prohibitive favorite in a long time) and luckily hitting it.

Over is a better play IMO. Carmona should get hit around a little but Ogando is a lot worse right now than his stats show. He is a completely different pitcher than he was the first few months of the season.
