I really hate the cubs, but they do have some good days. I have never made a pirate bet before and doubt I ever will. Does anyone see any value on the cubs? Excpecially with that rookie on the mound whose only made a few appearances.

Why haven't you ever bet on the Pirates and why do you doubt you ever will? If you see an edge on the Pirates, you should play them no matter what. It doesn't matter that they might not be a great team. You need make plays based on where you have the edge...shouldn't matter who the team is.
