    phillies probably win tomorrow -143
phillies tanned, rested, and ready after nice vacation. reds played 14 innings today, homer bailey just isn't very good, so get on this cole hammels play even though it's high juice -143.

I may go larger than usual on this if you can confirm how tanned the phillies will be?

I'm basically winding down MLB with football and hockey almost here but seems like a reasonable play. Couple stats to back up Face's play: PHI are 9-0 in Hamels' last 9 starts vs. CIN and CIN are 3-8 in their last 11 games as an underdog. Gotta think PHI is winding up for the big prize and CIN is basically winding down after a disappointing year. Thanks Face-cheers.

you know how cole hamels occasionally has those starts where afterward you are saying, what the hell happened?? Inexplicable blow ups... yeah...

not saying Reds win, too inconsistent a team to say that...

however, take a second to look up the Reds batting avg against lefties... heres a hint, they hit .280 against lefties

that seems to me to be one of those hidden stats that would be the reason why Hamels comes out tomorrow and gets shelled while every Philly bettor is scratching their head asking how the hell that happened...

the more solid play is the Reds as a home dog... and best play may be to wait until the first pitch while the public pounds the Phils at "such a cheap price" and the line hits -155 and take Reds on runline, plus a run and a half at about -120

          just saying....

See what you're saying Stingy and I saw the lefties stat for CIN but if I remember correctly PHI is hitting at virtually an identical rate over the past ten. And being essentially out of the race can make some teams play excellently, driving their owners, fans and bettors nuts-which CIN may be part of. However, the kernel of the idea is PHI being the superior team that is looking to position themselves for the post. Just my take but I honestly am not into MLB enough to be that great at it-just carries me through to hockey and football. Good luck.
