    Round Robins versus regular parlays
I am not really familiar with round robin parlays, although Ive been betting regular parlays for 10 years.

For example lets say I have a list of 5 games that I think are winners.

    1
    2
    3
    4
    5

So a round robin combo of 2 means what? 1 and 2, 1 and 3, 1 and 4, and on on on until all possibilities are excluded?

What are the advantages of this as opposed to just picking a few 2 or 3 teamers or whatever?

I am a knowledgable sports better but just have never messed with round robinning for some reason and would greatly appreciate any info on this topic.

I am constantly hitting like 66-75% of my MLB plays and would really like to know the best way to potentially maximize profits.

Yes, do the round robin parlays. I just learned about them 2 weeks ago and love them.. I use like 5 teams and do them 2 ways that way I know I am guaranteed a win. It cost more money than a regular parlay but it is less riskier..

Well, a dude on here last month hit a 5 team round robin parlay and won 10 gg's. It cost more money for a round robin parlay but the odds of winning and payout is much greater. Especially if it's a 3 team round robin parlay. this is an example. 5 picks:

          Seattle
          Mets
          Cubs
          Padres
          Indians

5 teams. 3 team round robin parlay of $20.00

          Seattle-Mets-Cubs $20 to win ???
          Seatle-Padres-Indians $20 to win ??
          Seattle-Mets-Indians $20 to win ??
          Seatle-Cubs-Padres $20 to win ??
          Seattle-Cubs-Indians $20 to win ??
          Seattle-Padres-Mets $20 to win ??
          Cubs-Padres-Indians $20 to win ??
          Cubs-Mets-Padres $20 to win ??
          Indians-Cubs-Mets $20 to win ??
          Indians-Padres-Mets $20 to win ??

all possible 3 teamers. U would actually be shelling out $200 to make an undisclosed amount.....

            ok cool.

So how do you determine how many different bets to actually do though? Theres a lot more possibilites.

if it's a 5 teamer your bet site will coordinate all possible ways of a 3 teamer. They will do it for you. They will get all possible 3 ways as much as can be done. You don't have to worry about that. Just pay the money..

Let's say you picked 5 games at -110.

If you did a 3x round robin parlay you are actually doing 10 individual parlays with all combinations.

If you shell $100 it will cost you $10 per 3 team parlay.

If you hit all 5 games you won all ten parlays.

If you hit 4/5 games you hit 4 parlays.

If you hit 3/5 games you hit only 1 parlay.

With hitting at least 4 you guarantee profit.

If you hit only 3 you will lose maybe $30 at -110, less if higher odds or close to even.

If I pick 5 games and do a 3x round robin parlay, isnt there a lot more than 10 possible combinations?

Ok lets look at it this way. Lets say I pick on average 7 games a day and hit about 4.5-5 of them. I would like to risk a total of like 3-400 a day. What would be your suggestion for my best bet?

Keep in mind some of these are mlb money lines so obviously not -110.

Although I do very well with totals, so on average 3 of those 7 daily picks will be totals at -110 or -120 or whatever.

                        2x = two team parlay
                        3x = three team parlay

Why not round robin these 4 games tomorrow X3

                          cubs
                          a's
                          red sox
                          phillies

3/4 you break even instead of losing, 4/4 pays more than a regular 4 teamer would, I dont see 2 of these games losing tomorrow.

Am I missing something here??? We should be able to make an absolute killing betting like this!

Anytime I place bets I don't foresee my games losing, but yet, oddly enough they do manage to lose.

Warning for ya: 1 really bad day will put a dent in your bankroll. Seattle was 7-3 in their last 10 before losing by 1 tonight with a runner on 2nd in the top of the 9th against Street who has been anything but untouchable this year. Minnesota has been playing real hot. Philly is playing against a team with a better record. Cubs -1.5 I like.

Not trying to discourage you from making your bet but I think it's 44% of underdogs win on average a night.

You would have broke even today while risking a lot. Boston scored 4 in the bottom of the 8th to win that game by 1 too. Point being, it just sounds easier than it really is and I would not recommend always playing heavy favorites in RR parlays.
