karstens has had lots of problems against the cards............while lohse has pitched well against pittsburgh.............i like the addition of craig in the lineup for st louis berkman wasnt doing anything...........seems like the safest play out of the 2 o clock est games.

Karstens has been scary good on the road recently and has owned the Cards over the last two years. Lohse is unpredictable and a threat to implode for a 5-run inning. Cards are hitting below the league average in runs scored during the last two weeks of play.
