What makes you believe it's a lack of effort? Do you really believe they are playing half ass the past few day's because they don't care?
Cmon the simple answer is they are just losing. I never understand when people suggest that teams just aren't trying to win. I can slightly understand this thought with a non contender that is enduring a horrible season, but even in that situation most guy's are going out to do their best every game. This comment is in the same class or just below calling games a "fix "when the outcome doesn't match up with your betting slip. How about just acknowledging that Bostons bats have come to life in this series and Texas got out pitched. Game 1 they scored 5 runs. Last night was just a dominating pitching performance on Bostons behalf. Tonight miller showed up and pitched awesome. What else are you looking for to make sense of this 3 game skid?

Are you saying there's no fixed games in baseball?

I'd like to see one HR at home for their fans.

Sorry Over or Rangers backers tonight......I seriously cannot win an OVER or UNDER in MLB.....its so bad that I haven't bet one since about May. For whatever reason, I picked the over tonight in this game and the Rangers get shutout @ home against Cy Miller with 3 measly hits

                Never again.

I don't play "the fix" game shit. I feel sorry for folks that even consider that shit. Even if their is a fix- you have no control or way of capping it in so why even bother hampering over it. These comments of fix and lack of effort are so fu**ing ridiculous.
Quit capping or betting if you truly believe in this shit. For those that truly believe it- you are the suckers because your still here. go bet bowling or something. Maybe ping pong- no way they can fix that shit.

And not to be an ass but I stand by my original comment about Ogando.

6 ER in 4 innings. Sorry, but that's what loses games. He's been doing this L5 games, and it's getting progressively worse as the season wears him down. Ogando has officially made my auto-fade list.

Disappointed that rangers didn't even try to bail him out, but expect them to bust out during the Angels series. And I agree, it's more important they buckle down for the Angel's series.

                      That's why I don't cap MLB.

I didn't say they fix every game... if you play all games, the stats will average out...

But if you think Yanks gave 100% last night, I've got some real estate I want to sell you...

MLB is a marathon not a sprint.

                        Rangers look tired

This kind of heat eventually takes its toll

                        2007 Rangers: 8 games at 95-plus degrees, 1 game at 100-plus degrees
                        2008 Rangers: 7 games at 95-plus degrees, 0 games at 100-plus degrees
                        2009 Rangers: 16 games at 95-plus degrees, 5 games at 100-plus degrees
                        2010 Rangers: 13 games at 95-plus degrees, 0 games at 100-plus degrees
                        2011 Rangers: 33 games at 95-plus degrees, 20 games at 100-plus degrees

I know they tried to lose last night- whatever, but I may be interested in that real estate. PM me.
really i'm not arguing over this just stating how I feel about it. If people choose to believe the fix is on or the effort was lacking- then so be it.

This is how it should be when people state their differences in opinion, no arguing or insulting just state your case and already know that their are others that will see it differently. It doesn't really matter who is right or wrong- shit we may never know, but flat out arguing is not good at all.
