    plus plays
Dodgers team total over 4 runs (+105)

Matt Cain is 0-3 in day games with 6.11 era, 35 hits, 18 walks, 7 homeruns in 35.1 innings. THe numbers in home day games are even worst (18 runs in 23 innings). In his last start, Cain threw 113 pitches going 8 innings. Cain pitched 8 innings earlier this year against the astros at home winning
4-2 (in a night game). But his very next start at home (day game), Cain and the Giants lost to the Whitesox 13-8. In that game, Cain allowed 6 hits, 3 walks, 4 homers, 6 runs in only 6 innings.

Some of the dodgers have very good numbers against Cain.
    Andre Either 8 for 14
    Jeff Kent 5 for 11, 2 homeruns
    Russel Martin 4 for 14, 2 walks
    Andrew Jones 2 for 6, 3 walks

I expect the dodgers offense to do better than yesterday. Against Zito, the dodgers had 6 hits and 2 runs.

Padres team total over 4.5 runs (+115)
Randy Johnson is not the pitcher that he used to be. Of late, he has been getting roughed up at home. His numbers at home are just horrendous (3-3, 60 hits, 11 walks, 10 homers, 37 runs, BAA .326 in only 42.2 innings). Randy started the season strong but I think the old arm is just about of juice.

Khalil Green is 7 for 18, 4 doubles, hr vs Johnson. Adrain Gonzalez is 2 for 6, hr, double, 3 walks vs Johnson. Tony Gonzalez is 4 for 9, hr vs Johnson.
