Tim Hudson is 7-2 and 2.54 in his last 9 games
He is 6-1 lifetime vs the Snakes, including 3 shutouts

Arizona is averaging 2.28 runs per game in their last 7 road games
Arizona is averaging 2.85 runs per game in their last 7 games overall

Pretty much you have to back the Braves either in a parlay or pay the juice. You can't walk away from it.

Hats off to you, you're not one of the typical sbr idiots that think every game is a lock and you logically have a good case.

    Anyway, love the play.

Arizona hitting .160 in their last 4 games, 5-0 (1.54 ERA) in his last 7 starts against them, restricting Arizona to hitting .199 and no homers over 52+ innings. Hudson is also very good over towards the end of seasons and he'll want to rectify his errors against San Francisco. Supported by a hot offense, playing at home with confidence sky high? How does Arizona stand a chance?

I looked at this game 30 minutes ago, 'Zona has proven they can't touch Hudson, or get on against him, the OP is correct, there is no reason to fade the Braves today.

Even if they go down 2-1, it's still the correct play.

Dont think "due" for a let down is strong enough reasoning to back a team that can only hit Hudson for .199

I went ahead and parlayed the Braves/Rays. I've looked at every statistical angle, including the fact that both teams are in the playoff hunt and playing at home on a Sunday afternoon. I don't see it losing. Period.

The one angle you missed is that the majority of bets are coming in on the braves but the price is falling. If you are confident in your pick and unafraid of the decreasing price, why not wait until gametime to place the bet to get the lowest possible juice?

Because I placed the bet five hours ago.

Last time Collmenter pitched for Arizona they beat the Phillies with Halladay on the mound. I cashed in with Arizona on a ML bet. I'm taking the Arizona ML again. Maybe I'll get lucky again....
