Here comes screw job number one... Usually I would say you blow a 3 run lead and its just part of the game... But when your up all game, and you blow the 3 run lead on easy fly balls that are missed played to lead to triples back to back, when they should have both been easy outs... then it quailifies...

Cardinals are about to be my first screw job!!!

I'm on the Cardinals as well and I have a bad feeling. I've been screwed by blown saves in the 9th all year. I dont see why today should be any different.

I'm with you dude... I swear I've been on the right side of so many games, then things absolutely fall apart... Its crushing me... But if I'm even down 1 run at anytime in the game, its impossible to comeback... It really is crazy... thats why I figured I'd track some screwjobs compared to hookups, so I see it in writing.

Same here. In the past week, the Cubs blew a 5-2 lead to Houston in the bottom of the 9th and the Giants blew a two run lead to Atlanta in the bottom of the 9th. I was on the losing end back to back nights!

And this is about to be offical first screw job with an error by theriot on easy ground ball. This is unbelievable. If you count texas last night... Thats two games and two walk offs I lose too.

Official Screw Job #1 Cardinals -140- Up 3-0 Up 4-1, up 4-2 in the 7th... The 2 runs from the cubs come on two fly balls that were easy outs that were misplayed so they were back to back triples instead. Then to top is off COLVIN A .132 batter on the year gets game winning hit. 1 screw job down I'm sure many to come.
