    Cubs fire GM Jim Hendry today
    Good for them he just could not get it done... Cubs stuck with Soriano...should have traded Zambrano when the Mets were interested...they are not to sharp either...but starting to get some young talent...

    Several other terrible moves by hendry also...

          I agree G- gotta be smart with that $. Zambrano should have been moved. Also I would have hired Ryan Sandberg to be manager. I'm not suggesting that was Hendlry's choice alone,but he needed to go for a trip.

                                  A lot of bad money on the books. Top of the farm system is pretty much empty. The players they have now don't know how to take a walk or work a count, they are baseball stupid. Good riddance.

                                      bad news fr the rest of the NL Central. Cubs might gain 100 IQ points in their front office to become competent.
