Umm isn't Beckett throwing tomorrow and unless I'm clueless he's not much of a slouch? I see your point though with the team meeting but Beckett is one of the best this decade....BUT I firmly believe these bullpens in the majors are a joke and give up leads like candy to a baby so unless Beckett goes 8 or CG you may be right....

Beckett has tore apart this Yankee lineup all year long. He is 2-0 against them and the Red Sox have won 4 out of 6 against the Yanks. Beckett has only given up 4 runs in his last 22 innings of work. If anyone is going to take the Yankees because of a team meeting good luck with that. Rasner has been shelled giving up 9 runs in his last 10 innings and Boston doesn't have problems scoring runs. I'll take the Red Sox.

There are certain things that a W-L record will not explain. One is the amount of times the Yanks were threatening in those games. You don't know the pitching matchups or anything else. So to say that he is 2-0 is really vague.

I really think the Yankees will score, and score big tonight. I'm sure they won't be happy to have been kept at 0 runs yesterday,a nd we saw what they did against the Rangers in game 3. I took the over 9 in this game.
