Is it just me or are these teams getting worse and worse at scoring with bases loaded and 0 or 1 outs I mean its not that hard fuckers your professionals.

It is true. No juice is the simple answer, but in reality the K is just WAY too accepted in the modern game (looking at you Mark Reynolds). DiMaggio is an exception but averaged about 30 Hrs/yr in his prime and 30 K's. Ruth and Aaron never K'd 100 times in a season. Yeah, I know different eras and "specialized" pitching nowadays has some effect, but it is a poor reflection on the plate discipline of today's player imo.Originally posted by eddie1086Comment -
