Bases loaded and no score in the 1st

I'd love to keep track of how many times a team that strands the bases loaded in the first inning (like the Giants tonight) winds up losing the game. Seems like it hits almost every time it happens.

Infield hit, error, and hit by pitch.

It's not like they had bases loaded no outs and didn't score. They loaded the bases with two outs long after Prados error that should have ended the inning.
