TODAY'S FREE PLAY: 6/29/08 MIL vs ARZ UNDER 9.5
This game should make for an interesting matchup here tonight in Arizona. Both teams have struggled tis season, but tonight's matchup has 2 pitchers who are heating up. Davis is throwing for the home team. The lefty does not have a decision in his last several starts, but is carrying a 1.80 ERA over his last 3 starts. For Milwaukee, Bush is 2-1 in his last 3 with a 2.14 ERA over that timeframe. The under is 5-1 in the last 6 overall for MILW. The under is 6-0-2 in in the D'backs last 8 games overall.

Masterson?? Pitchers Duel???

. I think it's gonna be an annihilation on Boston by the hands of theTampa Bay Devils. I think the Masterson kid is gonna get his heart crushed tonight. I see this being a very high scoring and competitive game. The 2 teams played already in Boston and it was a very competitive game leading to a fight.. Shields is an overs pitcher in my opinion and Masterson can get rocked under the pressure in my opinion. Coupled with this being a first game of the series. Both teams want to get back at one another. Warm-hot environment in Florida. The way Tampa has been hitting lately.. Boston usually toppin off at 9 runs..I will take my chances on the 8 1/2 overs...

Also, Zito is still hot thrash at home. Regardless, if the whole Cubs team is absent..

PIT has won 5 of Maholm's last 6 starts. He's also picked it up on the road after a craptacular start on the road. In his last two roadies, Maholm has yielded just 3 ER in 12+ IP. Pirates' bats seem to enjoy him going to the hill as well, backing him with 57 runs in his last 10 starts. Maholm also outdueled Volquez back in April in a 1-0 PIT win over CIN. Harang goes for the Reds. His #s are better at home than on the road, but he's just 2-4 with a 3.88 ERA. PIT blasted him for 6 runs in 4 IP back in May at Cincy in a 7-2 Pirates win. Overall, the Reds have won just 1 of Harang's last 8 starts. Reds bats have been cool vs. lefties to the tune of .218 in their last 10.

Harang is due for a great outing after get whooped by the pirates last game. Harang comes out of this game with a W. Good numbers EAgles but for that reason is why i think the Reds win this game.

* Nothing is more guaranteed nowadays than a Mariners win. The Blue Jays have no blue blood in them at the moment.
* Galarraga is 0-3 against the Twins and the Twins don't need an outstanding pitcher to win a game.
*The best way to make money nowadays is to have a good eye for UNDER play.
* A Cardinals win is over-anticipated so I'll let that pass.

Harang has solid #s vs. PIT in his career for sure, but I'm going with the overall picture from the past 8 weeks for both teams and hoping the Bucs "buck" the trend. Good price at least even if it fails.
