Cubs monday?

The Cubs have been hot, theyre just coming off a 7 game winning streak. they lost on sunday but it was just barely, and they put up 7 runs. Garza is on the mound with a 3.78 ERA and he's a pretty good pitcher, his W-L record doesn't reflect that but it's because the Cubs kept screwing him.

They're playing the Nationals and some guy named Wang is pitching for them. I have no idea who this guy is, but his name is Wang. Nuff said. He's 0-2 with a 6 ERA.

You dont know Wang? years ago he was very good for the yanks for a few seasons then he fell off the map due to injuries i believe, what he has been doing for the last several years i do not know and obviously he has been nothing short of a gas can since joining Nats big ball club, now yo know who Wang is....i guess there really no way to argue with this play except i just cant lay that kind of price on the scrubbies regardless of how well they been playing or who pitching for the other team, maybe im being foolish but i dont think i can look at myself in the mirror laying -180 on the fukkin cubs!!!! pass for me. BOL

yeah that is definitely a lot of juice on the cubs. what are the sportsbooks thinking making the cubs -190 favorites? thats craziness, they're still the cubs.

I think the line of -180 is set a lot due to public perception of the streak of the Cubs. Throw in Wang who hasn't found his comfort yet, and the line fits. However, I think it is too much juice, especially since Wang actually looked good in his first outing. He allowed 3 runs in the first and then settled in. He's a sinkerballer, so if he can keep the ball down, he might be able to hold the cubs. I had a lean for the Nats this morning, but not sure I'm going to play it. Its either Nats, Nats +1.5 or no play for me. GL to all with their choices.

if you guys hell bent on riding cubs i think it makes a lot more sense to take their tt ov 4.5 as you still get the hot bats and the fade of Wang. i dont want any part of it but this seems a lot more cost effective to me.

Game will be delayed and it's iffy if they get the game played. The storms have been around all day. The problem will be finding a big enough window to get this in. Cubs organization is notorious for opening the gates for a few hours to make some money at the stands all the while knowing they weren't gonna get the game in.
