For the life of me I can't figure out why the under is juiced in the KC/Balt game

Both Francis and Britton are sub par starters, both line ups have rakers, like Gordon, Markakis, etc. etc. etc. both teams hit the other starters hard, why is this line 9 u-120

I know, KC pisses me off every time I back them, second and third, 1 out, can't get a run in, bases loaded, no outs, get one out of it.

This game (on paper) has 8-5 written all over it.

I capped this game until my eyes bled, I still come up with double digits, LOOKING for a reason why this game should go under nine, can't find one, this game is annoying ths crap out of me.

OK OVER nine 2* if it tanks, so be it, it's the correct play.
