    Clueless Daily RBI's ;)
I have finaly found out a system I like both for posting picks and make pick. From now on I'll make daily picks with:
    1 underdog
    1 favorite
    1 game total
    1 team total
...and sometimes a parlay if it's a good day and its two team I realy like.

I'll do this for ca 4 weeks before im joining the army (call up).

My first picks you'll find in todays "Best Bet" thread as I got home late and couldn't do a little write-up anyway, but here they are + my fav pick....

Underdog: White Sox (+100) 3 units
Favorite: Yankees RL (+110) 5 units
    Game Total: CWS/LAD u8 (-130) 3 units
    Team Total: Twins o3½ (-110) 2 units

Yankees: I wasn't shure if I should go for the Yanks RL or the Reds. The biggest reason for that I picked the Yanks is that Maholm got 2 quality starts in a row and lot of times an avg pitcher can't put up 3 quality starts in a row.
In Maholms L3 he got a 4.12 ERA with 1.37 WHIP in 19.2 innings where he have given up 6 HR's(!!). At home he got a 3.47 ERA with 1.22 WHIP in 62.1 innings.
Mussina got in his L3 a 3.68 ERA with 1.14 WHIP in 22 innings.
On the road he got a 3.50 ERA with 1.11 WHIP in 36 innings.
In the Pirates L10 they are hitting righties for a .276 avg with 5.47 R/9 and got 5.3 K's pr. game. In their L5 they are batting for a .312 avg with 5.35 R/9 and got 5.6 K's pr. game.
The Yanks have in their L10 hitting lefties for a .326 avg with 7.76 R/9 and got only 1 K pr. game. In their L5 they are batting for a .301 avg with 4.34 R/9 and got only 0.8 K's pr game.
To summarize: It's a team that comes from a big scoring game and almost never got K's vs a pitcher with maby to hig confidence after two quality starts in a row. Also I think that Mussina gonna get a quality start again after his bad outing last time up. Yanks should win this 6-2...

Im leaning strong on the Reds with Volquez on the mound, but the Reds might struggle giving him enough run support as he gives up 2-3 runs pr. game and the Reds offense got a few games with only 1 run (4 one run games + a shutout in their L10)...

Thanks... Was close to go with the Brewers, but got the Twins as they got the best bats and the best pitcher right now as Parra sux on the road with a 7.24 ERA...
Don't like that Hernandez got two quality starts in a row tho as I don't think he's among the top 10 pitchers. Usualy those who's not among top 10 doesn't get 3 quality starts in a row, but he's been great at home...
The Royals game can go both ways, but I thinke the Royals got the edge in that one..
