sure. if you took the overnight at 5d with reduced juice you got it at around -140ish, as of right now bodog has Cubs +150 , so for easiness sake lets say you laid 140 to win 100 on stl last nite, now you could play chc 95 to win 142.5. math was just easier right this sec with those numbers but the point is you can buy your bet back and make free money. not a lot on 100 but depends on your initial bet size but i think you get the point, i always try and play overnights i feel will move in my favor so i have this option later on...hope that made sense.
