Purcey was terrible but losing Leyland early really lead to some bad decisions by the backup skipper.

Cokehead was making me some money doing his part to screw up games when he was starting.

Brad Penny is doing a fine job of getting roughed up in afternoon games as well which he seems to have one at least every other start.

These guys should make you money over the long haul when you fade them. The only Detroit pitcher to make me money to cover is Verlander who now becomes a gamble since you have to lay a lot of chalk that you didn't have to as much the first few months of the season.

Yeah Tigers middle relief might be the worst in baseball. Only time I feel comfortable taking Tigers is if Verlander or Scherzer starts. There the only 2 starters that go 7 or more consistently. I'll trust Benoit and Valverde to get through the 8,9
