    7/26 Plays
    58-37-3 +$2,775
All plays are for $100 & listed pitchers unless noted.

My record is documented and updated everyday at cappersisland.com if anyone would like to see it. I just don't really have the time to post my plays in bunch of different forums, but I will start showing what I am on here at this site as well. The other site I use is more of a football/basketball site, so there are only a small amount of people that particiapte in baseball. I guess I am looking for particiaption and input from people. I really don't care about people bashing me, so go ahead if you need to. I may have a losing day from time to time, but I have won money for the week every week but one time this MLB season (interleague play was going on).

$200 Blue Jays -1.5 +120.....with Balty's 11-22 record in Game 1s, and losing Arrieta's last 3 starts by an average of almost 4 runs a game, I have to go with a pitcher that at the top of his game right now. Morrow is 5-0 with a 2.85 ERA and a .195 opponent batting average in his last seven starts. I can see this one getting out of hand with Arrieta's recent struggles....look for a 9-2 type game for a Jays win.

Royals/Red Sox over 10 -110.....this has all the makings of a double-digit total. Long game last night (adreneline angle), two pitchers that aren't really fooling anyone (especially Miller at night), and the Red Sox are hitting .322 at home against lefties. All of those factors, plus the run support Miller has been getting make this a play for me.

Giants +108.....ask yourself something- if this game was opening day, would you take Timmay as a dog against a pitcher few even knew about? The answer would be yes everytime, unless you are Worley's dad. This kid is a good pitcher, but I need to see alot more out of him before going against a guy who has won multiple Cy Youngs, and his pitching his ass off going 1.84 ERA over his last seven starts. Timmay has dominated the Phils, and he will again tonight. The only thing that will **** this play up is if the offense is a no show for him again. Also, keep in mind that Worley has been pitching into the 120s fairly often, and is probably going to have a dead arm issue soon. If this game is close, I will take SF's bullpen everytime too.

    GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

Nationals -125.....Nolasco is an average pitcher this year, and his team record is even worse then that going 8-13. Meanwhile, Zimmerman is coming off a rough outing on the road in Houston, but I think that was just a blip on the radar. This guy likes to pitch at home, and I expect him to bounce back with a solid outing. Washington is back home from a long road trip, and lost the last two games of the trip. I like playing teams in this spot....they tend to come out focused for a win to start a good homestand.
