SP Doug Fister, Mariners. At some point the bad luck figures to turn, but Fister isn't doing much to help himself these days. He's given up 11 earned runs in his past three starts, and his improved K-rate has dipped back down (just seven total Ks in 19.2 innings). Fister is still great at keeping the ball in the yard (just six HRs allowed all season) and limiting free passes (2.01 BB/9 ratio), but with historically low run support (2.01 runs per game -- worst for anyone since 1969) and a mediocre K-rate, Fister can only help fantasy owners so much if he's not extremely precise with his pitches.

chc/mil un 8 -105.......Dumpster has very good numbers against the Crew and has bounced back from poor starts very well this season (if you exclude the 1st month which i do), mil can rake at home no question but 1st gm back may not be in gear just yet, Narveson struggles with runners on base but that ok cause scrubbies struggle to hit in the same spot, Ramirez and Soriano have been his bitch over the years. think we get a rather sluggish game here with mil returning home from a really long trip and a day off, their pitcher will keep them in what should be a 4-2 type ballgame.
