I got one of those stupid degenerate urges and staring at SD LIVE ML @ -450 going into bottom of the 9th... facing the 7 8 and a pinch hitter... knowing that Philly was just due to lose, especially after that triple and then not getting the clutch hit in the 8th... I put $980 on it to win $217, then the lead off guy walked and I started to shit myself

Thank God Gload sucks and Rollins was 0-9, now 0-10 lifetime vs Bell.... Whew.... WOW what a dumb (but winning) wager!!!

I can certainly see this being one of those short stretches where Texas falls back a bit, shutout last night and then lost another one at home to Twins... something like 3-2.

I made a couple of such "stupid" bets myself during my first year with Betfair. They all luckily came through, but each one cost me a few year of my life... especially in soccer you sometimes gotta be sweating it hard until the very last seconds, praying for the final whistle I knew guys going broke with this "tactics". I'm terrible with the Angels but one thing I do know is I do not like Haren or Carmona... only thing that temps me is the over 7.5 and Tampa is a coin flip tonight... so pass.
