Stauffer is 1.33 ERA in his last eight starts + Padres will have 1 run in 7 innings if you are lucky,
against Halladay they will be blank as Doc will need to match Hammel's last game at home.Comment -
Not sure about square but not smart at that price. Actually think Pads have a good shot here. Doc has been shakey in several starts this year.

I know you're a big Padres fan Mike and know that team better then anyone, but you're talking about one of the leagues absolute worst teams going against the MLB's best team.. And to top if off, they got Halladay on the mound here. I know he was shaky his last start and had to get taken out because of heat exhaustion, but I'm sure he'll bounce back.. He couldn't possibly let that effect him 2 straight games now could it? And you figure the Padres have a hard time getting runs and hitting the ball enough as it is.
