Picks for Fri. July 22nd

Seattle @ Boston -136
Sox are 28-17 at home, Seattle 20-29 away. Seattle is on quite the losing streak and I dont see them breaking that in a series opener on the road in Boston. Sox have won 8 of their last 10. Friday nights game is the return of Ortiz, he'll be ready to hit something. I think this is an easy play, series opener at home for the Sox with the Mariners on such a skid. Boston all the way. Pick: Sox

Oakland @ New York Yankees -162
I think another easy play to cash in on today. Oakland is 17-33 on the road, Yankees 30-19 at home. Oakland has only won 2 games in Yankee stadium in last 3 seasons. Two RH pitchers, yanks have better hitting avg. against RH. Again, another series opener that I am expecting the home team to win. Yanks are coming off a tough series, and I think being at home against Oakland will give them a nice break. Pick: Yanks

Good picks lately. I'm leaning towards Boston and the Over as Lackey will definitely get pegged for a few runs before the Boston bats bail him out.

I'm betting both dogs at + money as I figure one of them will win which would mean profit for me. King Felix and Cahill are better pitchers than what the Yanks and Sox are throwing out there.

I think the over could go today, not sure what the line is. But I see Lackey giving up some runs in the get go with a 6.14 era in last 3. I think if there was going to be an upset out of these two i would say it be boston, i think yanks have lock down.

White Sox @ Indians -105
Gotta go with the White Sox this game, Cleveland on slump, players gone with injuries. Carrasco is 0-3 and an ERA of 9 in his last 3. Floyd a 5.4 (could see the over hitting tonight). Both teams are on two game losing streaks and have both won only 4 of last 10. CWS have better hitting avg. against right handers. Seems like the White Sox normally ruin the Indians, dont think this game will be any different. BOL
