astros +132.....................j a happ has been underacheiving this yr but take a good look at his stats over the past few yrs.......he can be a dominant strike out pitcher who is 3-0 lifetime against washington.......im not sold on washington winning consecutive games on the road.......

well if the astros are ever going to win it should be against the nationals...happ is 3-0 career vs nationals with a sub 2 era......the +132 is enticing
