Also, if you're nervous about a pitcher making his major league debut at Yankee Stadium, don't worry. The last pitcher to do that was Anibel Sanchez, and he pitched 5 2/3 in a Marlins 5-0 victory in 2006.

Thanks onlooker, greatly appreciated, saved me some work this morning....I was wondering who this kid was.

        That being said.....any Cinci backers?

Dan Giese is also making his 1st major league start for the Yanks. The right-hander has allowed one run in 7 1-3 innings spanning three relief appearances this year, and this will be his 12th overall game.

Think the Yanks might win this one.

Maybe....maybe not. You have to figure, these guys are getting a shot at the big leagues, they may get pounded but they are going to put in work. 1st time start is either hit or miss.

Lot of Yankess hitting the ball well.

Might see a lot of both pens.......over might be the play. Limited pitch counts, might see Farnsy or Lee-troy.

Yes, I like the overs in this one too. 2 kids pitching in Yankees stadium. I think the Cinci kid may be a little scared.. Overs, I say

I'd love to see a stat of pitchers going first time against the Reds. Gotta be 75% at least.

i'm biased being from louisville, but that guy can pitch, i still wouldn't put my money against the evil empire at home even if they're also putting an unproven pitcher on the mound.

No way am I laying that big a price on two youngsters in the circle. If I play it will be on the + money.

This kid must be on cloud 9, he shut down the Yankees at historic Yankee Stadium.
