Philly was a very popular pick but people forgot Hamels was 3-9 versus the Mets lifetime but nice call on the Yankees as C.C is just a monster period.Sadly i am a Pittsburgh fan so i am totally biased when it comes to them.

I hear what you're saying on this point. I deposited 150 and put it on the Yankees, i won 95 (245) and then put 145 on the Phillys which is basically over. Now i'm at $98. If i put 98 Cards game and win i'll be up $15 for the day, if i throw in the Pit game on a parlay i'll be up $210. On paper i believe Pitt should win, if i win this parlay i will calm down with parlays in the future. Wish me luck GO Cards/Pitt!

Ummmm, i dunno it depends. Like today for instance i was planning to play a parlay of 2 out of the 3 between Bos/Phi/LAA i ended up doing 144 for 100 on Phi which lost. If i didn't lose that game i wouldnt be doing this parlay. If i took that 144 and played 3 $50 games, Phil/Bos/LAA i think i would be 2-1 and up some money. I think the better route longterm is to play 1 game at a time as opposed to parlays.Comment -

if you had say, a winning percentage of 54% playing single games. Long Term you would earn more and risk less using a 2 Team Parlay over straight plays even though, on average, you would win 1/2 as much (The Wizard of odds and others can verify this). 2 bet Parlays carry slightly higher vigorish than either 11-10 bets or a 3 team parlay. Another thing of note: If parlays were so bad, wouldn't the books tout them? They don't because, understanding when and why to use them, gives an advantage to the bettor over the house so they are not Hyped or touted. I have some great statistical data as well as research from Gambling Greats that support the use of parlays. The answer to above questions is TRUE btw.
