I wouldn't call this a huge pitching mismatch. Masterson is only 2-3 starting against Baltimore with an ERA of 5.08 and a WHIP of 1.588. His team's record is 2-3 (-1.5 units). On the other hand, Guthrie is 2-1 when starting against Cleveland with an ERA of 3.60 and a WHIP of 0.950. Yes, you are right, Cleveland is 11-5 against Baltimore but the Indians are only 4-3 playing in Baltimore.
