    Yankee Tax is Here
Looks like the Yankee tax has finally arrived. Books are sick of getting run over so they are inflating odds more than they usually do. -215 chalk tomorrow against a guy having a pretty good year. I was thinking about riding the yankees for quite awhile but at these prices it makes it tough. Middle relief is too scary to be laying this much.

The Yanks will definitely win this game. I am contemplating winning the run line. The Padres are an awful team. The only reason they even had a shot yesterday was cuz Edwar Ramirez came in and threw fastballs down the plate. That won't happen today. The guy who helps out Joba is Ross Ohlendorf, who is one of my favorite relievers.

i agree with assessment and think the yankees will win. However, its now -235, which is a huge amount of chalk considering Joba will probalby only go 5-6 innings. The yankees middle relief is scary and SD has been hitting better. Again, like the yankess just don't like the huge chalk, which I think is more the books getting sick of the beating it takes on a yankees run since so much of the public puts money on the yanks. This chalk should be about -170.

Probably, these bookies run a business and they don't like getting beat. If you think there is a possibility of a Padres win, why don't u bet them? The reason why you won't is because the possibility is very very minuscule. The Yanks are the better team in every category and are at home.

I think the line is almost justified; not sure about a Yankee tax. Josh Banks's stats look good, but this guy is probably not a major league pitcher. He was one of the Jays' top prospects about 4 years ago when he had a good strikeout rate in AA, but in AAA got pounded year after year since, until they finally released him earlier this year. The Yanks *should* kill him tonight. No way I lay that much though.

Padres probably just blew their best shot at winning the game. Bases loaded 1 out, and they get 0 runs in the 2nd inning.

All teams do that sheit. Its just more painful when a big dog pulls it.

the one htiing you rarely see is boston or nyy having them loaded with no outs and not coming away with 2 runs
those teams generally dont screw that situation up
