the reason I ask if you think people buy the UNDERs for the pitcher UNDER TOTAL THIS YEAR. jurrjens is 8-5 under this year. Jimenez is 9-5 under this year.
or if people more like the OVER because of. jurrjens last 3 struggling.( 8.40 era last 3). and he was injuried last game.+ include people may think detroit offense is better now compares to the beginning of the season

Covers.com is showing 6-1 for the under right now. So based on that and your numbers above I would say it's a safe bet. Wish I could do more research now but I'm at work so I'll have to wait till later to cap some of the games tonight.Comment -
hmm, I usually don't like betting unders for the simple fact that bullpens usually give up 2/3 extra runs that will tip a low on the over in the final innings.. I'll feel more confident on the over in this game. I don't see Atlanta having too much problems scoring in Colorado. I figure Colorado score about 2/3 and ATL about 5-7. And plus the 1st game of any series (baseball/basketball) as always usually the high/over game. After game 1 teams settle down and tighten up their defense. ATL bullpen usually gives up about 1-3 runs at the end so I think the over is safe...Comment -
