confused about tex/stros line ?????????

ok harrison has been picthing good on road and good overall. wandy is ok too but has an over 6 career era vs texas . hoston lost 5 in a row and cant hit vs a texas team that can hit ? what am i mising here that this line is only 112 shoulnt it be like 130 ?

i this is one of those jeddi mind trick lines where they want you to bet houston cause they set the line so low...
