Is the Mariners-Marlins game in Florida or at SAFECO in Seattle?

If you go to ESPN score board it says that the Marlins are the home team but the game is at SAFECO Field in Seattle. What the deal?

so they had to play in sea but officially fish are home team and no dh.

There is a U2 concert in Florida that bumped the series to Seattle. The series was set to be in Florida, so the Marlins have and will bat last, although the game is at SAFECO
