Phillies offense is average. nothing more or less.

Their current form is far below average, so nothing points to them scoring more than 2 or 3 runs.

Josh Outman has made only had 6 starts, not a significant sample. Nevertheless, his allowed offense rating is 30% below league average.

Phillies offense vs lefties is average also. I dont see much separation in this game.

I see where you are coming from, but there is no way I'd bet any money on the Phils offense right now. This game is one to stay away from in all angles, under included. If I were to bet, it would be over.
