yeah, Big Dan knows his Cards (nailed the total yesterday as a risky push), and i agree with his analysis that Garcia throws a gem in yesterday's thread. i also think that the Cards lineup will knock Duffy around. very legit question, you are correct, i don't take a lot of sides, mostly because totals have been going well, knock on wood. i think that the last one i took was Tribe when they won one at home 1-0 against Twins during their long cold stretch.

haha, we'll be down RF line just foul of the pole, pretty close to field. if the moment is right, i will give up my body to turn a triple into a ground rule double if the Pirates are batting. will also wave my arms in from the corner constantly like the St. Joe's mascot to help the breeze.

Sorry Cards pushed, game was crazy they had to have hit into like 4 dps on line drives w hit and run on. Gave kc a run beaning leadoff man on purpose (gm drove me crazy)

oh well. disappointing to have a negative week, but that's the way it goes. if not for late error by Chase Headley and complete implosion by Dbacks' pen, 3-1-1 was very attainable. i basically gave back my Saturday winnings plus a little.

we only made it through the 4th inning before my daughter had had enough. had fun with her and my dad, and there was a ton of action. Santana's HR was right in front of us. we missed the rain and, not surprisingly, there were some annoying Pittsburgh fans behind us, so although i wasn't happy to leave, i wasn't heartbroken either. daughter and dad had a great time and that's the main thing (and it ended up being my lone winner). nice Fathers Day.

no worries on the Cards game, i got to watch a lot of it once we got home. Berkman lining into DP late with Rasmus almost to second said it all, you're right, lot of DPs in that game.
